About Us
Founded by Annie Randell and Ken Organ in 2004, AES is an Indigenous-owned and led organization built on decades of trusted relationships with Indigenous communities. Our work is shaped by deep experience within the communities we serve, and by a consistent focus on outcomes that reflect their priorities.
Each community is different. Our approach reflects that — working side-by-side with communities and partners to deliver outcomes aligned with their priorities.
